A clear sequence from first conversation to handover. Each stage has a defined output and a clear set of protections for you as the client.

We meet on site or with drawings, understand the brief, and confirm whether we're the right team. No charge, no obligation.

We work alongside your architect or designer to test the buildability of the documentation, flag risks early, and align on programme.

Detailed, line-item fixed-price quote with named subcontractors and provisional sums clearly identified — no hidden allowances.

A senior site manager runs the project, a tidy site, weekly client updates, and a documented variations process. NZS 3902 / 3915 contract as appropriate.

Practical completion, full PPM and warranty pack, defects period and 10-year Master Build Guarantee registration on completion.

Northbridge Construction is a small, senior building team based on Auckland's North Shore. We work on residential new builds, renovations and commercial fit-outs alongside architects and owners who want their drawings built well. We keep our project list short on purpose so we can stay on the tools where it matters.
